Overview:

Air Anderson, Inc. is currently seeking an HVAC Project Manager/Sales Technician with a proven track record to join our team of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Project Managers/Selling Technicians are tasked with conducting in-home sales consultations to educate customers on our products and services to generate sales. They are also responsible with scheduling install projects and ensuring all materials and supplies are ordered and ready for the install team.

Responsibilities:

What Will You Do?

  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with Air Anderson, Inc. integrity and customer-care standards.
  • Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in Air Anderson, Inc. selling process.
  • Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products.
  • Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology
  • Ensure install teams are running on schedule and are provided with all materials they need.
  • Represent Air Anderson, Inc. in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.

Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

  • An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems with at least 3 years of service technician experience
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines.
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or technical sales
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment.
  • At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions.

Skills:

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for conducting outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities in the HVAC market. You will also develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to identify and pursue potential clients, as well as your proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools, will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology will allow you to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers.

To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in HVAC sales or technical sales. Strong business development and account management skills are crucial, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes is also important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
